Boaz and the Band

Welcome  to Boazandtheband.com

Say Good bye to Boaz and the Band

These two encouraging verses came to mind as I sat down to write this note.

Equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
Heb 13:21

Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; Proverbs 3:5

After one CD, three drummers, and one and a half electric guitar players we have decided to end the journey of Boaz and the Band. Our last event will be Mar 12th 2010 at Renton Bible Church 973 Union Ave NE Renton, WA.

Overall, the past two years of playing as Boaz and the band was a wonderful learning experience. I will remember all those people who were so encouraging. Most of all the one thing that stand out as I reflect on this journey is the people praying and worshiping, that alone made every night special.

The good news is: music will always be a part of me.

Paula, my wife, has told me that she just can’t see me stopping and knows I will always create music.

I have to agree with her; writing songs for the Lord and life in general is an awesome gift to have.

With that being said, please look forward to Elton Carr CD/Demo release; for Jasmin Lazaroo's demo release, wife of John Lazaroo - our bass player and keyboard player; and to John Lazaroo's first CD release in the near future.

Although, this might be the end of one chapter, it is only the beginning of another. Boaz and the Band music will continue to be available for purchase on Itunes, Indieheaven, Amazon and many other places until the renewal is due. Many blessings to all!
